Once you have contacted our customer service to seek a refund, it will take us 4 business days to collect the item from you. After the product has been thoroughly examined by our quality control department, further 7 days are needed to start the refund process. For the following two days, the item in our warehouse is put through a quality inspection. The receipt of the refund depends on the mode of payment that you chose.
Our anticipated time frame is, in brief, as follows:
AL PASBAN bears full responsibility for refunding the whole payment if the order is lost or is not delivered to the desired destination. (Shipping costs included)
However, if the order is successfully returned to you, shipping and COD fees will be applied, as necessary.
