Refund Policy


Once you have contacted our customer service to seek a refund, it will take us 4 business days to collect the item from you. After the product has been thoroughly examined by our quality control department, further 7 days are needed to start the refund process. For the following two days, the item in our warehouse is put through a quality inspection. The receipt of the refund depends on the mode of payment that you chose.


Our anticipated time frame is, in brief, as follows:


  • After a satisfactory quality check, refund receipt for all types of orders would take about 7 business days after quality check.


AL PASBAN bears full responsibility for refunding the whole payment if the order is lost or is not delivered to the desired destination. (Shipping costs included)


However, if the order is successfully returned to you, shipping and COD fees will be applied, as necessary.


Cancellation Policy

Kindly send us an email at support@alpasban.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM-6 PM for cancelling the order.


Please be aware that certain items are dispatched right away, making it difficult to cancel them sometimes.


The same payment method the customer used to start the payment for the product will be utilized to credit the amount paid.


Kindly Note:


The length of time for a return for debit and credit card transfers will fully depend on the providing bank.


Customers will receive an SMS from banks if the credit amount exceeds INR 5,000. Check your bank account or card statement for verification if the amount is less than 5,000 INR.


Another things to note is, only the product price will be reimbursed. Delivery and handling charges will be applied, as usual.
